In 2004, his career achievements were recognized and awarded the prestigious Bruce Hutchison Lifetime Achievement Award by the Jack Webster Foundation

He is now emerging from retirement with his new weekly podcast, The Tony Parsons Show. Tony will be sitting down face-to-face for in-depth interviews with Canadian icons.

During its initial release in the spring of 2020, Canada’s Calling climbed the Apple Podcasts charts all the way to #28 in All Categories, which was an enormous accomplishment given that there are over 2.4 million podcasts on iTunes today.
